- Designed and built an end-to-end real estate investment analytics system to identify high-potential micro-markets by analyzing rental yield, capital appreciation, infrastructure strength, liquidity, and risk.
- Performed extensive data preparation, feature engineering, and business-driven scoring to create an explainable investment score, validated through backtesting against future price growth.
- Developed interactive dashboards using Power BI to visualize KPIs, market rankings, risk-return profiles, and confidence-based insights for stakeholders.

What it does: Provides real estate investment insights through interactive dashboards.
- Collected and cleaned movie metadata from TMDB; performed preprocessing and exploratory analysis using NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib
- Built a similarity-based recommendation model in scikit-learn (vectorization + similarity scoring) to rank top-5 results
- Exposed predictions via a FastAPI service with Pydantic schemas; containerized with Docker and deployed on Render
- Developed a lightweight HTML/CSS/JS frontend to query the API and display recommendations
